Reporter Rob Chaplik of the Dakota Chronicle heads to Paris Island for the biggest and most dangerous story of her career: the Blood Syndicate, a street gang like no other, super-powered by the Big Bang and feared by drug dealers and the mob as well as the authorities.

The Blood Syndicate, a group of individuals who aim to take down any form of oppression especially the white man's oppression of the people within their turf. They also wish to clean their streets, and today is one of those days as they aim to take down a crack house and reap from it as well.

On this mission a reporter, Rob (Robin) Chaplik, follows the team hoping to get the story of her career. Many of the Bloods do not want her to even be near them let alone follow them into battle. But they bring her along for the ride, but things turn crazy when Holocaust decides to erupt the building in fire.

As the team argues about Holocaust's methods a fight between Holocaust and Tech 9 erupts.
